County records, not MLS data. Sales after April 2026 are left out because the county is still recording them. A circle on a map does not follow subdivision lines exactly, so treat these as a close guide to the neighborhood.
The Legacy Club
The Legacy Club at Alaqua Lakes is a private Tom Fazio design. Concert Golf Partners bought it in 2013, and it has offered dual membership with Heathrow Country Club. Club membership is separate from owning a home, so ask about current terms before you make an offer if golf matters to you.
What Homes Sold For
Of the 35 single-family sales, 6 were between $750,000 and $999,999, 22 between $1 million and $2 million, and 7 at $2 million or more, topping out at $3.6 million. The circle also includes some condos and townhomes just outside the gates, which sold for much less.
With this few sales, one estate can move the median a long way. I pull the recorded sales inside the gates and on the same street before we talk price.
HOA and Gate
The Alaqua Lakes HOA runs the gate, pool, tennis courts and pavilion through a management company. No community development district covers the area. Get the HOA estoppel figures and rules early in the contract.

Working With Me in Alaqua Lakes
I help buyers compare streets and sections using what homes actually recorded for, not list prices, and I read the HOA and assessment numbers with you before you commit. For sellers, I use the same county records to set a price that holds up when the appraiser looks at it.
