Central Florida Home Prices: County-Recorded Sales Reports
These reports track home prices in five Central Florida counties from county property records, the same public records the Florida Department of Revenue uses for the state tax roll. Each report covers resale and new single-family homes, condos, price ranges and ZIP codes, and is updated as new records arrive. The latest period is January to April 2026.
| County | Resale single-family median | Change from a year earlier | Median price per sq ft |
|---|---|---|---|
| Orange County | $440,000 | Down 1.1% | $242 |
| Seminole County | $420,000 | Down 1.2% | $240 |
| Osceola County | $395,000 | About the same | $178 |
| Lake County | $360,000 | About the same | $206 |
| Polk County | $300,000 | Down 3.2% | $135 |
Resale means a single-family home built three or more years before the report year. New homes are reported separately in each county report because they reach the county records later. Sales counts are not shown, because the most recent months fill in over time. These are public-record figures, not MLS statistics.
