Source: Osceola County Property Appraiser sale records, qualified arm's-length sales over $50,000, May 2025 through April 2026, for homes within about 1 mile of a point near the Reunion golf courses. County records, not MLS data. Sales after April 2026 are left out because the county is still recording them. A circle on a map does not follow resort or subdivision lines exactly, and it can take in neighboring resort communities, so treat these as a close guide to Reunion.

Across all 238 recorded sales, 52 were under $300,000 (mostly condos and villas), 31 sold between $300,000 and $399,999, 31 between $400,000 and $499,999, 62 between $500,000 and $749,999, and 62 for $750,000 or more. Prices here depend heavily on the home's size, bedroom count, pool and game room, golf or water views, and its rental history. A home bought as a vacation rental is often valued partly on what it books, so I look at both recorded sales and the rental numbers before pricing one.
Vacation Rentals in Reunion
The resort says Reunion is zoned for short-term rentals and has no rental restrictions, which is why many homes are owned as vacation rentals. Osceola County requires a license to rent short term, and short stays are subject to Florida sales tax and Osceola County tourist development tax. Some neighborhoods inside the resort may have their own rules and management requirements, so read the documents for the specific home before you plan rental income.
CDDs, HOA and the Club
Reunion is split between two community development districts, Reunion East and Reunion West, and their assessments appear on the property tax bill. Homes also pay association dues, and some neighborhoods add their own fees. Club membership is optional, according to the resort; club amenities are for members and their guests. Add the CDD, the dues and any club fees to the monthly cost before you compare a Reunion home with one outside the resort.
